Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Bust

Two Jamestown residents face charges after officers found drugs, paraphernalia and packaging materials after failing to stop at stop sign. According to police reports twenty-eight year old Malcolm Bull of Jamestown allegedly was driving with a suspended driver’s license and had more than 16 ounces of marijuana. A passenger in the front seat of the truck, Lovella Kellom, 32, of Jamestown, allegedly was found with 4.7 grams of meth and 19 bags of heroin.
